​I am a licensed counselor in Brentwood, Tennessee who works with couples, families, teens, and adults. I use several different modalities with my clients but tend to see people's problems through an attachment lens. Our God-instilled longing for safe, secure relationships is so strong that it becomes a central motivating force in life. When we don't have that healthy sense of connection with others, we tend to find ways to fabricate it and/or numb ourselves from feeling pain, loss, hurt, and rejection.
